this place is fabulous and the staff are incredibly polite. tastefully decorated and well-appointed room with view, has free wi-fi. the breakfast includes delightful food, such as croissants, yoghourt, eggs and cheese. when i am in venice, i like staying here.

The staff is very nice helpful and incredibly polite, they ensure you have a really enjoyable time here. It has perfect and magnificent location to see an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

Croissants, yoghourt, eggs and cheese for breakfast were all delightful. The very nice helpful staff upgraded us to a contemporary room with view. The location was magnificent, a minute walk from Saint Mark's Square...

Great location, close to all the sights. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.
Reception staff were not helpful and seemed unfriendly. Some things in the room were broken and not well-maintained.

Location was perfect and the staff were accommodating and kind. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had it's own beautiful stairway entry from the back.
The hand held shower in the cramped bathtub part of the bathroom made showering very difficult. They have made great use of the space but still its very awkward for use.

The room is elegant and impressive with convenient decor. Please let the kind stuff know of our gratefulness for a fantastic stay. It boasts a marvellous location; close enough to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, other landmarks and canal and square.

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh pastries and fruits to choose from. Our room, which had a canal view, was spacious and beautiful. The location of the B&B was perfect, close to attractions and eateries, but tucked away on a quiet street. We had a great time exploring the city from this convenient base.

Excellent hotel,MR. Ventura is a very nice person and a super guide! The castle is situated near all the historical monuments of Venice.Lot of sightseeings around this place! One important thing: there is a lift in the castle-very comfortable and suitable for the children or old people! Highly recommend!

It is a charming B%B. The host is eager to please, however, it might be helpful if his English were a little more fluent.
We had some difficulty finding it once we arrived at Campo Santa Maria de Formosa. A clearer description of exactly where the entrance to the B&B is located would be helpful.
